Job summary

Bobcat of Indy is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Department, manage technicians, and ensure top customer satisfaction. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday days, a salary range of $60,000–$80,000 plus bonus, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Must have 3–5 years of management experience and prior field/service tech experience; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a field or service technician preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong commitment to customer and service team.
• Personable, problem solver, ethical, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily operation of the Service Department.
• Maintain an adequate and appropriate staff of qualified, trained, and customer-facing service technicians.
• Conduct regular (not less than monthly) meetings to compare performance with standards and goals; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Develop/maintain all service efficiency and management reports and reporting methods.
• Align with all governmental rules and regulations (OHSA, EPA).
