Bobcat of Indy is hiring a Diesel Mechanic to service Bobcat equipment, performing diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance. The role emphasizes quality workmanship in a fast-paced shop environment with a Monday–Friday dayshift.

Qualifications

• 1-year fleet or dealership experience in a diesel shop is required; 3-5 years preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Must have an inventory of hand tools to facilitate repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality repair services on Bobcat equipment to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
• Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance on customer or dealer-owned equipment.
• Identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel and electrical systems and implement solutions.
• Document all repairs and testing for customer and warranty work.
• Participate in service training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
