U.S. Engineering offers a Summer internship program, a full-time 12-week position from May through August 2027.

You will gain hands-on experience in service coordination, operational analysis, invoice reconciliation, and data review, while earning competitive pay and networking with leaders. As the CSST Intern, you will gain practical experience across key business operations within a service-based contracting environment and learn how financial operations and administrative workflows

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or construction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Passion for the mechanical service industry.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and gain knowledge from the Service side of Mechanical, TAB, HVAC, Controls, and Plumbing Contracting.
• Collaborate with Field and Central Support Services teams to ensure the timely scheduling and completion of service requests.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Learn to navigate and support BuildOps platform and related workflows.
• Support service coordinators and field teams by responding to operational needs, coordinating customer information, and troubleshooting workflow issues.
• Analyze operational workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in creating and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through process documentation and organizing step-by-step instructions.
• Gather and synthesize process information from multiple team members to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support the review and refinement of existing documentation to maintain consistency and relevance
