KONE Americas is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support our Seattle, Spokane, and Helena branches, based in Spokane, WA. You will book quoted repairs in SAP, coordinate with operations and customers, and assist with the repair process to drive service revenue.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service experience, proficiency in MS Word/Excel, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service repair tendered process and book quoted repair orders in SAP.
• Initiate invoice downpayments and requisition parts; follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs.
• Interact with General Manager, Sales, Supervisors and Technicians to improve repair revenues and communication.
• Maintain accuracy of orders and update SAP.
