Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Scheduler to manage service repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance. You will schedule field operatives, communicate with customers, and ensure timely repairs while aligning with safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced industrial environment, and occasional travel. Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or prior equivalent experience and training.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong prioritization.
• Comfortable in an industrial environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the schedule of service work for assigned customers and field operatives.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Managers to ensure timely, high‑quality service.
• Maintain Planning Board in Siebel to keep stakeholders informed.
• Confirm material delivery and arrange rental equipment or subcontractors.
• Communicate changes or updates to customers and internal teams.
• Open service requests, dispatch field operatives for emergencies, and quote costs.
• Monitor changes in scope and profitability; keep relevant teams informed.
• Learn and follow OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI, NEC, and other industry codes.
