Job summary

The incumbent will help monitor WIP, ensure proper paperwork for service vehicles, and assist with billing inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret internal reports and data.
• Familiarity with basic mechanical/technical terms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager with daily operations of the Service Department.
• Schedule repairs, quote costs, and update status in the shop system.
• Manage service work orders, assign technicians, and review for accuracy.
