Job summary

LandMark Implement, Inc. is seeking an assistant to help manage the Service Department operations, schedule equipment repairs, and communicate parts/labor costs with customers. You will assist with work orders, assign technicians, and ensure accurate documentation for invoicing and approvals.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and familiarity with basic accounting and office procedures. Prior experience in a dealership environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager with daily Service Department operations.
• Schedule equipment repairs and communicate parts/labor costs and status.
• Process service work orders, assign technicians, and review accuracy.
• Manage invoices payments and follow up on past due accounts.
• Provide customer service for service billing and portal requests.
• Support scheduling and prioritization of work.
• Maintain service department organization and tracking tools.
