Central Sales, Inc. in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage customer repair requests, coordinate with the bay technician calendar, and ensure parts availability for timely service.

The role covers warranty repairs, internal repairs, and seasonal on-call schedules during planting/harvest, with opportunities for monthly bonuses and an annual bonus tied to sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer repair requests/calls
• Schedule repairs with bay technician/calendar
• Gain approval of repairs from technician estimate
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure required parts are on-hand/ordered
• Coordinate internal unit repairs with wholegoods team
• Schedule repairs with bay technician/calendar
• Gain approval of repairs from wholegoods manager
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure required parts are on-hand/ordered
• Respond to warranty repair requests
• Schedule repairs with bay technician/calendar
• Review supplier campaigns & safety repairs & coordinate repairs
• Review unit warranty end dates and adjust scheduling of repairs
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure required parts are on-hand/ordered
• Maintain warranty parts return/storage/discard for required timeframes
• Manage part-time wash-bay & lot attendants
• Ensure lot/yard are weed-free and well maintained
• Over-see lawn maintenance and grass cutting
• Coordinate internal trucking and external trucking for service Sold units
• Open work orders as needed
• Maintain Service Priority Report
• Total completed work orders to be finalized/billed by accounting
• Solicit and schedule repair jobs to maintain 5-Star tech level and achieve sales goals
• Coordinate On-Call Schedule during Planting/Harvest season
• Ensure completed work orders are closed by month end
• Supply projected sales figures at bi-weekly meetings
• Monitor technician training & certification levels
• Schedule technician training & certification
• Lead service team in maintaining a clean workspace
• Coordinate needs with management for service tools/equipment and fleet management
• Participate in bi-weekly service L10 meetings and CSI team development
