Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year in business administration or related field; heavy industrial environment preferred.
• Excellent PC and data entry skills with proficiency in relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service work in progress (SWIP) metrics and ensure timely closing of work orders with Supervisors.
• Calculate and verify time card hours; enter into system and reconcile with payroll as needed.
• Handle all electronic billing for the department and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize electronic service reporting tools to keep SWIP and service information up to date.
• Data entry for service work; open/close jobs; verify accuracy and maintain online work orders.
