Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service calls with a customer-first mindset.
• Assist Service Consultants with customer interactions.
• Schedule service appointments and route inquiries.
• Deliver written messages to team members for follow-up.
• Coordinate repair requests and reminder calls for appointments.
• Audit sublet invoices, loaner logs, and dealer tags for compliance.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep work area clean.
