Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming service calls.
• Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors with interactions.
• Schedule service appointments and route inquiries accurately.
• Send timely written messages to team members for follow-up.
• Coordinate repair requests and remind customers of upcoming appointments.
• Audit sublet invoices, loaner logs, and dealer tags per CarMax guidelines.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep the work area clean and safe.
