Job summary

Midmark India Pvt Ltd. is seeking a service role focusing on call management for breakdowns, installations, PM and AMC services. The incumbent will enter and allocate calls, plan preventive maintenance, manage spares at RO, and visit dealers to strengthen support.

The role also involves customer mapping, training, payments collection for spares and service charges, and preparing MIS reports for management review.

Responsibilities

• Call management: Daily call scheduling for breakdown calls, installations, PM and AMC services for Midmark - Janak Products.
• Entry of calls, allocation to the team and updates into the system.
• Plan and carry out Preventive Maintenance and AMC/CMC for existing contracts and to add new customers into the contract.
• Spares management: maintaining spares at RO and updating monthly.
• Build relationships with key accounts by visiting them and collecting feedback.
• Voucher checking: direct team and dealer claims.
• Timely collection of payments against spares and service charges.
• Competition tracking and MIS report preparation.
• Service training to the team and customers.
• Competency analysis of teammates and suggestions for training needs.
• Planned visits within the region to audit dealers.
• Customer mapping to strengthen service support up to Tier IV cities
