Group 1 Hub City Kia is expanding and seeks a Customer Service Admin to support our service department’s daily operations. You will handle documentation, warranty processing, and cash reconciliation to keep advisors and technicians focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and encourage completion of customer surveys
• Scan and organize documents, including warranty repair order reviews
• Prepare and balance daily cash reports for the service department
• Maintain the aftermarket extended warranty schedule and assist with booking repair orders
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems
• Provide administrative support to service management and advisors
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
