Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is offering a Services Operations Analyst Intern position based at our Mooresville, NC headquarters. You will analyze performance data, build dashboards, and support optimization projects across installation, warranty, and service programs for millions of customers.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in applying analytics to drive better outcomes for customers and business partners during our 10-week summer program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance data for service programs.
• Build reports and dashboards tracking key metrics for installation and warranty services.
• Support optimization projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and service delivery initiatives.
• Gain exposure to vendor and partner management in services operations.
• Learn how operational analytics influence decision-making at scale.
