Job summary

Lowe’s Stores Operations - Execution Intern position is based at our Store Support Center in Mooresville, North Carolina. The 10-week Summer Internship Program (May 24 - July 30, 2027) offers hands-on experience supporting store execution strategies, processes, and initiatives across Lowe’s.

You’ll work with Store Operations professionals and partners to translate enterprise plans into actionable in-store actions.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with expected graduation in 2027 or 2028.
Ability to work at Lowe’s Store Support Center in Mooresville, NC for the duration of the internship.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, communication, and execution of store operations initiatives.
Analyze processes and data to identify opportunities to improve execution at the store level.
Translate enterprise initiatives into actionable plans for Lowe’s stores.
Develop materials and documentation to support store teams and stakeholders.
Present project findings and recommendations to business partners and leadership.
Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced internship environment.
