Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; PM/reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Services Technology & Enablement programs.
• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and develop action plans.
• Track program performance, timelines, deliverables, risks, and key metrics.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Develop reporting, presentations, and communications to support program execution.
