• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years in administrative, customer service, service coordination, dispatch, or dealership/industrial service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from customers, vendors, technicians, and staff; route to appropriate department.
• Support front-office organization, mail, supplies, and daily branch needs.
• Coordinate between branch, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable on invoices and purchase orders.
• Create and update service work orders with accurate customer and equipment data.
• Provide updates on scheduling, progress, and any issues affecting service delivery.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy before invoicing.
