Job summary

Rush-Enterprises is seeking a Service Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting, timekeeping and records, supporting the Service Manager, Service Advisor, and Service Foreman in Boise, Idaho. The role supports a network of Idealease and PacLease partners delivering truck leasing and rental solutions.

Responsibilities include closing RO’s timely, reviewing orders and technician comments, verifying parts, entering technician time, and ensuring accurate billing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One month service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Close repair orders (R.O.’s) correctly and timely.
• Review repair orders to ensure work is completed and authorizations are noted.
• Review technician comments for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Verify parts on operations and ensure sign-off on parts billed.
• Enter or adjust technician time in the system for non-warranty repairs.
• Ensure machine charges and supplies are billed and documented on repair orders.
• Print and discuss completed work and charges with customers.
• Obtain customer purchase orders when necessary.
• Secure credit authorization when necessary.
