Job summary

Rush Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Service Administrator in Boise, Idaho to manage day-to-day accounting, timekeeping, and record-keeping. This role supports the Service Manager, Service Advisor, and Service Foreman in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• One month service experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Close R.O.’s accurately and timely.
• Review repair orders for completed work and authorize additional work.
• Verify technician comments are accurate and appropriate.
• Check parts on operations and ensure sign-off on billing for parts.
• Enter or adjust technician time in the business system for non-warranty work.
• Ensure machine charges, oil, gear oil, and sublet repairs are billed and documented.
• Print customer review of repair orders and inform customers repairs are complete and charges explained.
• Obtain customer purchase orders when needed.
• Secure credit authorization when necessary.
