Array is seeking a Service of Process Specialist to manage the processing, dispatching, tracking, and completion of legal document service requests. You will receive SOP orders from Client Services, assign them to process servers, monitor progress, and ensure accurate communication and documentation for all serves.

Responsibilities include providing signed Proof of Service, issuing Non-Service Affidavits when needed, and forwarding completed jobs to billing after client confirmation.

Competenze

• Familiarity with Service of Process laws, rules, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Serve Manager and DAS or ability to learn both systems quickly.
• Strong phone communication skills and ability to interact professionally with servers and clients.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workflow with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Ability to type 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in records retrieval, fieldwork, or legal services preferred.

Mansioni

• Receive and review SOP orders from the Client Services Team.
• Dispatch orders to field process servers using Serve Manager or DAS.
• Track order status and follow up with servers for updates.
• Provide clients with signed Proof of Service for successful serves.
• Issue and send Non-Service Affidavits when service is unsuccessful.
• Forward completed and documented jobs to billing after client confirmation.
• Maintain accurate system entries and documentation throughout the SOP lifecycle.
