Job summary

Array is seeking a Service of Process professional to manage processing, dispatching, tracking, and completion of legal service requests. You will assign orders to field servers, monitor progress, and communicate results with clients, yielding Proof of Service or Non-Service Affidavits as needed.

The role requires familiarity with SOP laws, proficiency with Serve Manager and DAS, and strong communication for professional interactions with servers and clients.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Service of Process laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Serve Manager and DAS; quick learner.
• Strong phone communication and professional interaction with clients and servers.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workflow with accuracy and speed.
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in records retrieval, fieldwork, or legal services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming SOP orders from the Client Services Team.
• Dispatch orders to the designated field process server using Serve Manager or DAS.
• Track order status and follow up with servers for timely updates.
• Provide clients with signed Proof of Service for successful serves.
• Issue and send Non-Service Affidavits when service is unsuccessful.
• Forward completed and documented jobs to billing once client confirmation is received.
• Maintain accurate system entries and documentation throughout the full SOP lifecycle.
