Cogency Global is seeking a Service of Process Analyst to join our litigation management team in Delaware or California. Ideal candidates have strong communication, detail orientation, and basic computer skills, with experience in legal, paralegal, or business support roles.

This in-office position runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., offers a salary range of $40–$42K, and emphasizes reliability, multitasking, and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and ongoing development to build knowledge of Service of Process operations.
• Research and verify information using internal systems and external resources.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client and internal inquiries by email and phone.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and established turnaround expectations.
• Learn and utilize multiple systems and workflows to complete assigned responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with team members while also developing the ability to work independently.
• Follow established procedures while recognizing and communicating questions or potential issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Participate in training and ongoing development to build knowledge of Service of Process operations.
