Responsibilities

• Participate in training and ongoing development to build knowledge of Service of Process operations.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client and internal inquiries by email and phone.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and established turnaround expectations.
• Learn and utilize multiple systems and workflows to complete assigned responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with team members while also developing the ability to work independently.
• Follow established procedures while recognizing and communicating questions or potential issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Participate in training and ongoing development to build knowledge of Service of Process operations.
