Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or 1 year of experience on major litigation support projects.
• Highly organized with ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.
• Hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Delivery of high-quality work under deadline pressure.
• DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Perform legal and administrative duties for Fraud Section investigations and trials.
• Assist with case organization and maintenance; prepare for witness interviews, discovery, and trials.
• Provide in-courtroom assistance, exhibit collection and review, and legal research as needed.
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review and summarize findings.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with DOJ components and partners.
• Organize and prioritize tasks under strict time constraints; multi-task on multiple cases.
• Log and organize incoming and outgoing discovery productions; proofread for errors.
