• Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw.
• Track litigation deadlines and maintain case calendars.
• Support depositions, hearings, and trial prep with materials and logistics.
• Assist with eDiscovery platforms and occasional courthouses travel as needed.

Litigation Paralegal – Dispute Resolution Practice (Los Angeles or San Francisco) 2-3 days a week in the office

Firm's global Dispute Resolution practice handles complex domestic and cross-border litigation for high-net-worth individuals, families, corporations, and government entities. Our team manages a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, fraud matters, asset recovery, arbitration, tax controversy, employment, family law, trusts, and regulatory investigations.

We are seeking a highly organized Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate excels in managing large volumes of documents, preparing court filings, coordinating case logistics, and ensuring meticulous accuracy in cite checking, proofreading, and deadline tracking. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale document productions, including intake, processing, chain of custody, and privilege logs.
• Maintain organized electronic and hard‑copy case files across firm platforms.
• Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing statements, declarations, and other court‑ready documents.
• Prepare briefs and filings: proofreading, cite checking, compiling exhibits/appendices, formatting to local rules, filing in state and federal courts, and effectuating service.
• Conduct factual and legal research, including pulling cases from Westlaw.
• Track litigation deadlines and maintain case calendars using firm systems.
• Support depositions, hearings, conferences, and trial preparation by compiling materials and managing logistics.
• Assist with trial, mediation, and arbitration preparation, including exhibit management and courtroom document organization.
• Provide support across eDiscovery platforms as needed.
• Occasionally travel to courthouses or agencies to file, retrieve, or deliver documents.
