Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in the United States (Texas) is seeking a senior ServiceNow SPM program leader to drive end-to-end transformation projects for enterprise clients. You will own delivery governance, milestones, budget, and quality metrics while coordinating with global delivery teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape demand, plan solutions across SPM modules, and provide strategic roadmaps aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM transformation and implementation programs for enterprise customers.
• Own delivery governance scope including schedules, milestones, budget, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define portfolio, project demand and resource management processes.
• Drive solution planning and execution across ServiceNow SPM modules including PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management and Agile frameworks.
• Provide strategic guidance and roadmap recommendations aligned with client business objectives.
• Manage onsite/offshore delivery teams and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, governance reviews and status reporting.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and platform governance.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, business analysts and testing teams for successful release execution.
