Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC seeks an experienced Service-Now Platform Solutions Architect to design, govern, and guide the ServiceNow platform and foundational services for IT delivery. You will work within the platform team supporting CMDB and foundational services for the OCTO initiative.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong architectural skills, and familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, and extensive integrations.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Architect (CSA) certification

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to support the design, governance, and strategic direction of our ServiceNow platform and its foundational services. This role is part of the ServiceNow platform team that supports ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow Foundational services for delivery of IT solutions for the DTMB Office of Chief Technology Officer (OCTO).

Key Responsibilities:
