Job summary

logicerainc is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows in alignment with business requirements.

The role involves implementing components such as business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, and integrations, while following SDLC and security standards. Collaboration with process owners and SMEs is required to optimize KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ITSM Configuration and Administration.
• Experience with ITSM and CMDB processes and related incidents, requests, changes, problems, knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and workflows in alignment with requirements.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow components including Custom Apps, business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, flow designer workflows, forms, integrations.
• Apply platform best practices and adhere to established development standards and patterns.
• Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to understand processes, KPIs and SLAs.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on integration approaches and best practices; support maintenance, enhancements and issue resolution.
• Perform unit and system testing and support UAT to ensure quality, performance and security standards.
• Configure documentation to ensure compliance with security policies and SDLC processes.
• Stay current on ServiceNow platform capabilities and identify opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Assist with administration of on-prem environments, including updates, patches, and upgrades; debug and troubleshoot production issues.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and workflows in alignment with requirements.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow components including, Custom Applications, business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, flow designer workflows, forms, integrations.
• Apply platform best practices and adhere to established development standards, requirements and pattern alignments.
• Partner with process owners and SMEs to understand business processes, KPIs and SLAs.
• Translate functional and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on integration approaches and best practices and Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution for existing applications.
• Perform unit and system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and security standards.
• Configure documentation to Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and SDLC processes.
• Stay current on ServiceNow platform capabilities, releases, and industry trends and Identify opportunities to improve service delivery through platform enhancements.
• Assist with the administration of on-premises environments, including updates, patches, and upgrades as needed and Debug and troubleshoot the production environment and solve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field with 2 years of experience and experience in ITSM Configuration and Administration -INC, REQ, PRB, CHG, REL, KNW,CMDB ITSM and CMDB
