Job summary

Premier Equipment in the United States is hiring a Service Manager/Writer to assist customers with equipment repair needs, update them on repair progress, and process transactions upon completion of their equipment repairs.

This full-time, in-person role requires strong customer focus, ability to lead technicians, and upsell service work, with benefits including health and retirement plans. High school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years experience in a Dealership Service Department.
• Experience managing customer relationships, working with technicians, and actively selling service work.
• Role required to lead a service team and generate service revenue.
• Comfortable handling customer issues and upselling service repairs.

We are looking for a motivated, hard working, organized, customer driven person to join our team. A Service Manager/Writer is responsible for assisting customers with their equipment repair needs. Your duties will include greeting customers and telling them about the types of services our shop offers, updating customers on the progress of their equipment repairs or limited offerings like free inspections and processing customer transactions upon completion of their equipment repairs. We are a family-owned company that is growing with lots of room for advancement!
