Job summary

Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. in Marshall, Michigan, is seeking a Full-Time Service Manager to lead our service department and act as the key link between service and other teams. You will plan daily operations, manage repairs, and ensure high-quality workmanship to meet customer needs.

The role requires at least five years in the medium/heavy-duty truck field, and a Class A CDL is preferred. You will coach technicians, control costs, and uphold safety standards while driving customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years technical experience in the medium/heavy duty truck industry.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage service operations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with warranty procedures.
• Maintain high quality repairs to minimize comebacks.
• Develop and manage customer relationships.
