Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Service Manager for the Marshall, MI location. The role links the service department with other departments to maximize customer and employee satisfaction and profitability.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years technical experience in the medium/heavy duty truck industry.
• Valid Class “A” CDL preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and plan the daily operations of the service department, working with and acting on deviations.
• Understanding and ensuring compliance with all vendor policies and warranty procedures
• Maintaining high quality service repairs to minimize comebacks
• Investigating progress of vehicle repairs with regular spot checks to ensure timely and quality workmanship
• Develop and manage customer relationships to meet current and future needs

Educación

Minimum of 5 years technical experience in the medium/heavy duty truck industry

Valid Class “A” CDL preferred
