Tri-County International Trucks in Livonia, MI is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Department, drive growth and ensure high customer satisfaction through staffing, training and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has at least eight years of experience in the medium/heavy-duty truck sector, strong leadership and communication skills, and solid knowledge of warranty policies and OSHA/EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• Eight years of technical experience in the medium/heavy-duty truck industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate staff and maintain professional demeanor.
• Strong adherence to safety, warranty policies, and vendor guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Service Department growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and warranty procedures.
• Review and sign off on external purchases charged to the Service Department.
• Oversee warranty statements and charges with Warranty Administrator.
• Monitor warranty debits and open repair orders to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain safe and clean work environments and ensure proper tool availability.
• Lead monthly staff and technician meetings and communicate with customers.
