Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high‑performance service operation and mentor a team of professionals. You will blend pest‑control expertise with strong leadership to earn customer trust through empathetic, reliable service.

You will champion safety, oversee scheduling and field activities, and help recruit and train top talent. This mission‑driven role offers a company vehicle, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Responsibilities

Lead an entire service operation after training.
Motivate the team to provide world-class service while prioritizing safety.
Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
Lead training meetings and oversee Ride-Along program.
Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
Support adoption of new products, services and technology.
Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiency.
