RDO Equipment Co. seeks a Service Manager Trainee to rotate through dealership and Field Support Office roles, gaining hands-on experience across Parts, Service, Sales and Management. The program lasts 6-9 months and leads into a permanent role aligned with talents and business needs.

The position offers an hourly wage of $28–$34 and eligibility for profit sharing. Training, development, and growth opportunities are emphasized to build a strong foundation for a management career.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through temporary assignments in each dealership and Field Support Office to learn day-to-day duties.
• Learn relationship development, sales skills, product knowledge, inventory management, and company systems.
• Learn to coordinate, schedule, and manage Service Technician time, and communicate quotes and job status.
• Perform duties to ensure customer satisfaction as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and improve.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Participate in company-sponsored training to develop skills and knowledge.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships and emphasize teamwork.
