Job summary

Boyd CAT is seeking a Management Trainee to rotate through Parts & Service operations, service sales, and administrative functions within the company. The program aims to build future leaders in Divisional Operations by shadowing, completing projects, visiting customers, and gaining hands-on experience across departments at various locations.

The role emphasizes learning management skills to meet customer, employee, and company needs, with opportunities to relocate to other branches as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to move to other branches as needed.
• Travel to branches or other locations as required.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing reports and analyze data to utilize assets.
• Compile, analyze and present information as requested.
• Maintain discretion handling confidential information with integrity.
• Support department objectives and company goals.
• Communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
• Operate a PC (Windows, Excel, Word).
• Focus on external and internal customer service.
• Suggest improvements to procedures and processes.
