Qualifications

• Must have EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff across apartment communities.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely work order completion.
