Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service and maintenance of occupied single-family rental homes. You will oversee open service jobs, coordinate vendors, and drive resident satisfaction across a defined region.

With 5+ years in service management, you will lead a team, ensure safety and compliance, and optimize costs while maintaining high service levels for residents and owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service, operations and maintenance management in housing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA refrigerant certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Flexible hours, including some weekends/evenings.
• Ability to review costs and scopes with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage service jobs to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee performance and safety in occupied homes.
• Review vendor pricing and invoices.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide leadership to the service team.
