At InCharge, our success is built on operational excellence and strong leadership at every level. We're looking for a Service Manager to lead the day-to-day sales and revenue generation of our Sales & Service office. This is a strategic leadership role reporting into the Branch General Manager that is focused on driving service and construction revenue, growing a sustainable backlog, and maintaining accountability to monthly and annual gross margin goals. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, streamline sales-to-operations workflows, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture as you drive InCharge’s growth across your designated area.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive technician productivity by ensuring accurate time charging to work orders, monitoring utilization metrics, and holding each technician accountable for meeting daily and weekly performance targets
  • Serve as the first line of technical escalation. Address technician questions promptly to keep field work moving, reduce downtime, and maintain job momentum
  • Coordinate the technician dispatch process to maximize field coverage, balance workloads, and ensure timely response to customer needs
  • Schedule, track, and document all required technician training, including technical certifications, OEM courses, and safety compliance requirements (OSHA, NFPA, EVSE‑specific training, etc.)
  • Provide on‑site supervision and perform hands‑on field work when needed to support job completion, troubleshoot issues, and uphold quality control standards
  • Manage the technician service‑truck fleet, ensuring 100% DOT compliance, proper maintenance, accurate mileage logs, and readiness for field deployment
  • Enter and maintain ADP time entries in the Excel Technician Timesheet Tracker. Validate hours, job codes, and documentation to ensure accurate labor reporting and operational transparency
  • Review and approve technician work orders and ADP payroll to support timely, accurate payroll processing and proper job‑cost allocation
  • Approve technician RAMP card transactions, ensuring receipts, documentation, and cost controls are followed in alignment with purchasing guidelines
Your Experience & Capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, operations management, engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical service, maintenance, construction, or related field operations
