In Charge Electrical Services, LLC is hiring a Service Administrator for its Home Technology Department in HQ. The role focuses on contract management for security and maintenance programs and Service Order creation in coordination with branches, warranty and billing teams.

You will assist with closing Work Orders and ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, cross-department coordination, and thorough service documentation.

Service Administrator for Home Technology Department

This position will focus primarily on contract management for security and maintenance programs as well as Service Order (SO) creation. This position will work with the branches and warranty departments on SO creations as well as the billing department and assist with collecting dollars and closing Work Orders. This position will be primarily responsible for case entries and follow up accordingly to ensure those SO’s are resolved.

Job Requirements

• Hiring preference is given to those with solid experience in the related field
• Must be able to read documents, printouts, reports, computer screens and other written communications
• Must be able to write, type and use phone system
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
• Superb organizational and time management abilities
