• Lead, schedule, and manage daily activities of service technicians; prioritize, dispatch, and document work.
• Coach senior/service technicians on troubleshooting, labor planning, and service procedures.
• Collaborate with service coordinators to improve scheduling, paperwork flow, and billing readiness.
• Review work orders, labor utilization, warranty activity, and service backlog to drive improvements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring customer confidence in service capabilities.
• Promote workmanship quality and adherence to company standards and safety requirements.
• Develop, train, and evaluate technicians for competency and growth in the compressed air industry.
• Support quoting and planning for service projects, repairs, replacements, and maintenance agreements.
• Oversee warranty work with proper documentation and cost control.
