Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas in Houston is seeking a LTSA/LTMA Service Manager I to plan, implement and manage long-term service scopes for customer contracts, outages and repairs. You will lead cross-functional outage planning, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate field teams, and mentor PMs and PEs to deliver safe, reliable service.

Extensive travel, strong communication, and quality-system compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 6 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and report writing.
• Ability to manage outages, scheduling, and field service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define contract requirements and scope for outages and events.
• Lead cross-functional outage planning efforts.
• Develop outage budgets and track costs; report deviations.
• Coordinate field service planning and tool/equipment needs.
• Travel to customer sites weekly for planning and issue resolution.
• Support/coach PMs and PEs on procedures and open/close processes.
• Maintain accurate information in systems for outage planning.
