• Maintain staffing levels, workload distribution, and employee skills.
• Uphold a safe, clean work environment compliant with regulations.
• Provide training to exceed customer expectations.
• Develop performance objectives aligned with dealership goals.
• Maintain assets and achieve gross margin and revenue targets.
• Assist in annual budget/plans and monitor performance.
• Keep knowledge and skills current for service personnel.
