Job summary

Packard Culligan Water is seeking a Service Technician to service residential customers and support our service department in providing reliable maintenance, installation, and repair of water treatment systems. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work and customer-facing duties in commercial and industrial settings.

Ideal candidates have experience in water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical fields, with the ability to troubleshoot, lift heavy equipment, and communicate

Qualifications

Previous water treatment and/or HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industry experience.
Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of hydronic, electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions.
DOT physical and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

Service, install and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment.
Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner.
Maintain professional attitude within accounts with all customers.
Promote and sell other Culligan products and services.
