Responsibilities

• Lead Technicians and Supervisors in daily service operations.
• Develop a safety-first culture and ensure safe workplace practices.
• Hire, develop and manage staff; address employee issues.
• Own financial performance of stores; create and monitor operating budgets.
• Build customer loyalty; resolve complaints and maintain positive relations.
• Stay current on product offerings and policies; coordinate with OEMs.
• Ensure OSHA, MSHA, EPA and DOT compliance; maintain safe facilities.
• Review monthly reports, controls costs, and manage inventory and operations.
