• Work Order Management: Assists technicians with problem solving and delivery of materials; ensures notes are updated before invoicing.
• Operational Efficiency: Follows best practices to maximize workflows and KPIs; ensures branch performance alignment.
• Safety Leadership: Coaches staff on safety; ensures training completion and policy compliance.
