Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead quotes, scheduling, and work-order execution in a fast-paced service organization. You will drive operational efficiency and safety, coordinating with technicians and the service team to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a service leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Training Program Completion.

Responsibilities

• Quotes and Estimates Management: Leads quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce. Obtains approval from clients and helps advocate for maintenance contracts, replacement of equipment, and other service work inside our scope.
• Resource Management: Schedules workforce for work orders in collaboration with the service coordinator; leads purchasing of equipment, materials, and subcontracts; coordinates deliveries to optimize cost and progress.
• Work Order Management: Assists service technicians with technical problem solving and delivery of materials to expedite job completion; reviews open work orders with leadership and ensures accurate notes before invoicing.
• Operational Efficiency: Maintains high-quality standards; improves workflows, technology, and information; monitors KPIs and ensures consistency between locations.
• Safety Leadership: Fosters a safety culture through coaching and training; ensures compliance with policies; monitors and documents safety performance.
