Sri Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead the service department in Savannah, GA. This role focuses on directing daily operations, mentoring Service Advisors and Technicians, and boosting productivity and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• At least three years of successful management experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to provide excellent service through effective communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee service department operations for productivity and profitability.
• Direct and supervise Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Review technician performance and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain safety records and document service actions.
• Lead meetings and discussions; support growth strategies with management.
• Collaborate with management to implement company initiatives.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
