The role involves managing Service Advisors and Technicians, overseeing daily operations, and driving growth initiatives while ensuring safety and quality in all actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' successful management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction; listen to customer concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Recruit, train, and supervise Service Advisors and Technicians; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Direct and maintain daily service department operations, including expenses and profitability.
• Maintain accurate safety records, document service actions, and lead meetings.
• Collaborate with management to support growth strategies.
