Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or construction industry preferred.

• Able to manage high phone volume with accurate data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a positive relationship to encourage repeat business.
• Consult with technicians about repairs and alternatives to avoid expensive options.
• Schedule service work and supervise administration and warranty processes.
• Coordinate with Parts team for technician parts needs and ensure proper service orders.
• Communicate findings to customers clearly and promptly.
• Manage workload in a fast-paced shop environment with multitasking.
