Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team to deliver top-notch pest control service.
• Motivate the team to provide exceptional service and safety.
• Recruit, train, and coach Orkin Pros; lead training meetings and Ride-Along program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and empathetic service.
